Adire Brahma Project

In this project, I designed a custom enclosure specially for the Adire Brahma MKII. The Brahma is an exceptional low frequency driver. With a thermal power handling of 4800W peak and 28mm xmax, this sub is pretty amazing. The enclosure I designed is 2ft^3 tuned to 28Hz. The low tuning frequency achieves SQL performance. It is constructed of 3/4" MDF. Since the Brahma has about 2" of peak to peak excursion, this enclosure incorporates a grill design that is often found in pro audio application. It provides full protection while providing enough clearance for the Brahma to run at its full potential.
